Experience: 10-12 yrs.

Qualification: B.E/Diploma(Mechanical Engineer)

Responsibilities: Plan, manage and oversee all element of all individual product line, assess and analyse current production method, develop and draft improved production process, cost reduction ,productivity improvement, ensure implementation of product specification and quality control measures, ensure that team is following up with safety rules, all compliance, Support in generating sop for each product assembly, ensure delivery as per quality and schedule, Manage team of supervisors and engineers in the shop floor. Maintaining records of improvement project each product wise. Ensure daily morning meeting with all concern department like quality, purchase, dispatch ,planning.

Other Skills: Capable of engineering drawing reading, sop, problem solving skill, team work, ability to work under pressure, IT skill, communication skill

Preference will be given for crushing/heavy equipment manufacturing field experience with welding and NDT certification.
